Ready to get started with swing dancing? In Part 1, we’ll introduce the fundamentals of East Coast Swing, including basic rhythm, swing technique, and the core patterns that make this dance so fun and versatile.

You’ll learn single-time, double-time, and triple-time swing, along with a few simple turns to get you moving confidently on the dance floor. This class focuses on building strong fundamentals so you can enjoy social dancing with ease.

Each class includes clear demonstrations followed by guided practice, with material building progressively from week to week to help you feel relaxed and confident in the flow of the dance.
