Join the Lake Region High School cross-country team as they host their 4th annual Haunted Walk & Spooky Stroll fundraiser!
Admission: $5 per guest; kids under 3 attend for free. Refreshments will be available by donation.
The Spooky Stroll, which will take place from 4:00-5:30 PM, is recommended for guests under 8 years of age. The Haunted Walk, which will take place from 6:00-8:00 PM is meant to be frightening and will contain jump-scares, strobe lighting, and scary costumes.
The walk will begin and end at the high school athletic fields (located behind the school). Guests will enter the Dors Trail after walking across the field hockey field. This is a 3/4 mile loop trail. We encourage guests wear closed toe shoes appropriate for walking, and to bring a flashlight if attending the Haunted Walk portion of the evening.
Spooky Stroll Details:
-This will include a story walk. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite Halloween costume; characters on the trail will hand out candy. This walk is not intended to be scary.
-On the fields, young guests can play games, get their face painted and participate in a cake/"treat" walk. The cake walk will begin at 5:15 PM.
Haunted Walk Details:
-Please do not arrive until 6:00 as we need ample time to make the switch from "spooky" to "haunted."
-This will be a dusk and after-dark event. Guests will be given a glow stick bracelet upon entry. Guests are encouraged to bring flashlight.
-This walk will include jump scares and flashing/strobe lights.
-This year, we are requiring that guests pay an additional $5 to re-enter the trail should they want to walk through more than once.
All money raised will go directly to the Lake Region High School cross-country team.
