Tuesday 24th February 6pm-7.15pm

During this session you will simply relax with the aid of cushions, blankets & bolsters into a restful sleep position and receive the healing sound frequencies of tuning forks & Tibetan Bowls.

Lucy will be gently placing the tuning forks on various parts of the body so you will tangibly feel their vibration working through you. At the same time, Sarah will be serenading the group space with the incredible resonance of the Tibetan singing bowls.

What is it? Absolute healing magic!

By returning to your natural state of bliss and relaxation, the body will start to heal itself and rejuvenate.

Tuning forks use sound and vibration to restore balance in the body and calm the nervous system. By helping your system return to coherence, the forks can ease tension, lift mental fog, reduce anxiety, and support better sleep, digestion, and creativity.

WHAT ARE TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS?

Tibetan singing bowls are handmade from many precious metals to produce a resonance, literally vibrating ripples through the water content of your body. The sound induces relaxation, healing, balances the chakras and can help you feel bliss or euphoria.

About Lucy Jayne Wood:

My work in sound healing grew from years of travel, study and personal exploration. Experiences with global healing traditions sparked a deep interest in how vibration influences wellbeing, leading me to study the body’s energetic field, train in Reiki and sound healing with tuning forks. I now blend intuitive insight with evidence/informed practice to help clients release tension, regain clarity, and return to a natural state of balance.

About Sarah Beale:

Sarah is an experienced Yoga teacher, teaching Ashtanga, Yin, Kundalini and Hatha styles of yoga. Her current teaching style is very influenced by Qigong and the felt experience of energy flow.

She also teaches Pregnancy yoga, having trained with Dr Pooja Maddela in Auckland.

She started teaching in 2014 and trained with Gregor Maehle & Monica Gauci from 8 Limbs Yoga Australia.

Sarah is also a certified Breathwork Facilitator, having trained with SOSHA (School of Spiritual Healing Arts), a Cacao Ceremony facilitator (trained with Seleno Health), a Tibetan Bowl Sound-healer (trained with Chrystal Soundhealing) and an Intuitive Healer & Reiki Practitioner.

Sarah is also passionate about Ayurveda, Herbal remedies & anything which assists the body to heal itself.
