Learn useful ways to communicate with their child/children
Learn the Seasons for Growth™ approach to understanding and managing change, loss and grief
Learn about caring for themselves as a parent/caregiver and as a person

Dates:  Wednesday 18th and 25th June 2025 (2 sessions)
