In this 60 minute Yoga Nidra Class, I will guide you through a deeply relaxing practice that calms the mind, soothes the nervous system, and promotes restful sleep.

•Explore guided relaxation techniques to calm your mind and release tension. 

•Clear your mind and cnnect with your breath to anchor yourself in the present moment and cultivate inner peace.

•Embrace positive affirmations to foster self-compassion and nurture a sense of well-being. 

•Enter a state of deep relaxation, conscious deep sleep, and profound rejuvenation. 

Whether you're looking to find inner peace, reduce anxiety, enhance your sleep patterns or simply craving a moment of tranquility away from the outside world, this Yoga Nidra class is the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate in a safe and sacred space. 

No prior experience with Yoga Nidra is necessary – this class is open to everyone, regardless of your yoga practice level! 

Come nurture your mind, body, and soul with the healing practice of Yoga Nidra. 

What to wear ~Please dress for warmth and comfort! A warm cozy jumper, layers, thick socks, comfortable pants. You will be layed in Savasana for most of the hour so make sure you are warm and comfortable! 

What to bring ~ We have lots of mats, Blankets, pillows, eye masks and bolsters at My Secret Garden Sanctuary but if you have your own you would like to use please bring them.
