Every session is designed for beginners to experts. Modifications will be offered so you can tailor each pose to your own comfort and ability.

A Personal Mission

This event is hosted by Brooke Hornbaker of Just Be Yoga in Naperville. A longtime resident of Naperville, Brooke has practiced yoga on and off since 2000. From her scleroderma diagnosis, Brooke was activated to discover yoga’s power to heal, strengthen, and restore.
