WORKOUT:
Stroller Barre combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. This class will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and develop the core strength needed for motherhood — all while enjoying a supportive, community environment!

PLAYGROUP: Stick around after class for a festive Valentine’s Day celebration! Enjoy a Mommy & Me Kissing Booth, yummy treats and, if you’d like, participate in an optional Valentine’s gift exchange with our Tiny Striders (please, no peanuts).
