Introduction to Chocolate Making Class

Dive into the delicious world of chocolate in this extended 4-hour hands-on class designed for beginners. Students will explore the science behind chocolate, taste a variety of types, and learn why proper tempering creates the signature shine and snap. Through guided practice and demonstrations, students will gain confidence working with chocolate while creating molded pieces, simple decorations, mediants, and ganache. By the end of class, participants will understand how to identify and correct common chocolate issues and how to properly store and handle their finished creations.
