Located in Napanoch, NY, the Shanley Hotel dates back to 1845 and has a long history of mystery, tragedy, and unexplained phenomena. From the deaths of children to hidden tunnels and a former bordello, this historic inn is said to be home to numerous spirits. Guests have reported disembodied voices, footsteps, and shadowy figures roaming the halls.

Pricing is $299.99 per room based on double occupancy (two people per room).

Three rooms have space for an additional guest at a rate of $99 per person.

Note: Some rooms may be used as part of the investigation during the evening.



Check-in is at 6:00 PM (no early check-ins).

Check-out is at 10:00 AM the following morning.



Minimum age is 18 for this event.

No alcohol is allowed on the premises.  If you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of some substance, you will be asked to leave with no refund provided.  



Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the night, and a pizza dinner will be served.



There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled by the host (Wyoming Valley Ghost Tours).

Tickets are only available through the secure ticket site and Wyoming Valley Ghost Tours.  

Event insurance is available at an additional charge.

ALL Bedrooms share bathrooms.  

There is NO Elevator within the building.  

Please dress appropriately- including appropriate foot attire as you will be walking in the dark and in the basement.
