In this class, we’ll make a fresh batch of ricotta along with pillowy gnocchi and a seasonal sauce to enjoy together.On the menu is Napa Valley Farmers Market inspired Salad, Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi with Pomodoro Sauce and Salted Whey Caramel Cookies.PLAYTE Kitchen in-person cooking classes are approximately 3 hours in length (2 hours in the kitchen and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. All guests will be provided kitchen towels, aprons, a class recipe packet to take home, and plenty of foodie fun along the way.
