With hands-on instruction, you'll learn how to prepare and cook each dish, while also picking up tips and tricks for creating dishes that showcase the flavors of the season.By the end of the class, you'll have not only expanded your culinary knowledge and skills but also have a newfound appreciation for the importance of utilizing fresh, local ingredients in your cooking.On the menu is a seasonal farmers market salad, parmesan risotto with market meats, cheeses and vegetables , and seasonal fruit galette.The PLAYTE Kitchen farmers market tour and in-person cooking classes is approximately 5 hours in length (one hour guided tour of the Napa Farmers Market, one hour of free time to explore the market, followed by 2 hours cooking in the kitchen at PLAYTE Kitchen Studio and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared).
