Interactive Truffle Experience

Explore the fascinating differences between black and white truffles, and European and North American species, and learn about the myths behind synthetic truffle products. With Robert Chang, Chief Truffle Officer of American Truffle Company®, you’ll see, smell, and touch real truffles—and taste the truth in every bite prepared by our all-star chefs.

What’s more, the winners of the day’s truffle identification contest will have a chance to take home a fresh whole Périgord black truffle!

At Joseph Phelps Vineyard, meet our adorable truffle dogs! With your glass of wine in hand, enjoy a live demonstration of how these expertly-trained furry friends sniff out the buried treasure. This is your chance to get up close and personal with them. Petting encouraged!
