Beginners Series with Nicole Hall
If you are brand new to yoga, or if it has been a while since you’ve practiced and want a solid re-introduction, join our 5-week Beginners Series with Nicole Hall. It’s designed to demystify yoga and get you started with a firm foundation of skills and knowledge. Learn alongside other beginners, get your questions answered, gain strength and flexibility. All physical abilities welcome. A perfect holiday gift.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, connecting movement with breath, and use of props. Each 90-minute class will build on the teachings of the previous weeks’ lessons. Class size is limited to ensure everyone gets personalized, hands-on attention. At the end of the series, you will be prepared to step confidently into any of our all-levels classes.
This winter we’ll be hosting two parallel tracks of Beginners Series; choose Saturday or Sunday. $100 for all five sessions of either track; no individual session rates or drop-ins. Saturday track and Sunday track are not interchangeable. (all sales final; & are non-transferable, non-sharable, non-refundable)
