Και στα τέσσερα τουρνουά θα ισχύει το Competitive Rules Enforcement Level, θα χρειαστεί να έχετε γραμμένο το deck σας σε decklist (στο Pioneer), και όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να έχουν active Wizards Account.
