Start your day with an upbeat yoga class suitable for all levels.

Next, we'll come together for a grounding, mindful tea ceremony serving as a calming reset.

Lunch will then be provided courtesy of No.18 The Cafe at The Bhurtpore

Finally, we'll reconvene for a more restorative yoga class.

We'll gently bring our day to a close.

All props will be provided but if you have a yoga mat that you love, then bring it with you and any creature comforts like meditation cushions, bolsters or blankets. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and layers will be helpful as we move between yoga practice and more still work.

The investment for this day is £90.
