Dabbers Dash - Supporting Papyrus

It's Simple...Run, walk or wheel up to 5km around the Barony and along Sandford Road. You can do as much or as little as you choose. It is free and all are welcome to join me.

This Dabber's Dash will be supporting Papyrus, the charity dedicated to preventing young suicide and raising awareness around mental health for young people. November, and especially Movember, is a great time to focus on staying connected, looking after your mental wellbeing, and supporting each other. Everyone’s mental health journey is different. Whether it’s exercise, talking to someone, or finding what works for you, remember to take steps to look after yourself and those around you.
