- **Event Description**: Join Mandy on a pleasant peaceful countryside walk along an attractive section of the Shropshire Union Canal. The walk follows the canal, passing Nantwich Marina and crossing an aqueduct, before returning across the Dorfield estate. The walk is on the level, with a mix of canal path, field footpaths, and a short section of road before joining a track through the estate. We start and finish at the car park opposite St Mary’s Church at Acton, near Nantwich.

Difficulty: Easy, with some stiles
Distance: 5 miles

Meet up on the Car Park at The Swimming Baths, Market Drayton and then travel to the start point, that way if anyone needs a lift those with cars may be able to assist? If you live more locally to the start point you can travel direct, but YOU MUST make us aware beforehand!
Starting point: Market Drayton Swimming Baths TF9 1JT
Leave Swimming Baths: 9.30am prompt.

Starting Point: Chester Road car park, 2 Chester Road, Acton, Nantwich CW5 8LF
NB the car park has a height restriction barrier of 2.1m.  Alternative parking can be found in Wilbraham Road.
