The Sanksrit word ‘Sukhita’ can be translated as ‘happiness’, ‘delight’ or ‘blessed’ and this retreat is an invitation to reflect on where we can find more joy in this life and count our blessings.Our venue for this retreat is the beautiful Trigonos and this will be our eigth visit, which shows how much we love it! Under a 2 hour drive from the Cheshire/Shropshire area, spend your weekend enjoying breath-taking views of the mountain range, surrounded by the beautiful lake of Nantelle. It truly is a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life.We'll enjoy the most nourishing food (some of which is grown on site), slumber in cosy ensuite accommodation and drink in the healing power of nature.
