- **Event Description**: This year, "An Evening With The Jarvis Lions" will take place on Friday, October 2nd, 2026 at the Jarvis Community Centre. Your night will begin at 6:00 PM as you relax and enjoy the charcuterie table. Drinks will be available from the cash bar featuring liquor, beer or wine. Dinner is served at 7:00 PM to your table which will include dinner rolls, salad, an entree and dessert. Dishes are cleared after each course, and the cash bar remains open for the night. Entertainment after the meal is provided by several members of the Jarvis Lions Club, and there is space reserved for dancing if the mood strikes you. Tables will remain set up for the duration of the night, so you are able to be seated the entire evening - unless dancing is your thing.  Seating is limited and reservations are taken only in advance for $55.00 per person. You can reserve from Lion Samantha Armstrong at samanthaarmstrong019@gmail.com, by phone or text at 519-420-0285, or contact any Jarvis Lions member. This is always a sold out event so don't wait to get your tickets. All proceeds will help us support our Community Projects including the new Jarvis Springs Splash Pad which is being planned for the park. Thanks for your support - see you in September!
