Are you curious about the Van Isle Sailing Co-op? We’d love for you to join us at our Open House and learn more about what we’re all about! 

We're also celebrating our 20th Anniversary!!!

Come take a tour of our boats and, if the weather's nice and there's space, hop on for a quick sail! (Just a heads up—if you're bringing children, please make sure they have their own lifejackets.)

We’ll also have a BBQ sizzling up hot dogs, so bring your family and friends along for a great time!

When: June 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM  
Where: Stones Marina & RV Park, 
1690 Stewart Avenue, Nanaimo, BC 
 
This is a fantastic chance to meet our wonderful members, ask any questions you have, and see why we all love being part of the Van Isle Sailing Co-op! It’s a great way to connect with fellow sailors, explore our beautiful local waters, and have a ton of fun—all without breaking the bank!

As a cooperative, we enjoy the benefits of lower costs for boat maintenance and insurance, plus we manage our fleet of 5 Catalinas together. Our friendly crew and skippers are always happy to share some sailing tips while we’re out on the water, and we can point you to some local sailing instructors if you’re looking for lessons.

We can’t wait to see you at our Open House! You can park on Stewart Ave. or use the pay parking at Stone's Marina (coins only please).
