Sunni Yoga-Evening Class

Sunni Yoga — All Levels Mondays • 5:30–6:45 PM • Beachcomber Hall $10 drop-in
End your day with a gentle, non-judgmental, and deeply compassionate yoga practice designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. Sunni guides students inward with an emphasis on self-awareness, breath, and self-compassion.

Rooted in the Swami Kripalu (Hatha-based) tradition and enriched with elements of Kundalini and Ashtanga, this class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and accessible postures to support healing and inner balance.

With over 15 years of yoga teaching experience, Sunni brings a calming presence and a belief in yoga as a powerful healing process.
