This half day silent self-compassion focused retreat will be held on the beautiful grounds of Bethlehem Centre on Westwood Lake in Nanaimo, B.C. 

Together we will meet and settle into our circle and ourselves.  
You will be guided with self-compassion meditations and practices that can help you to reconnect with your breath, your body and your innate self-compassion.  

No experience necessary. All welcome.
