I am happy to offer a sliding scale for anyone who wants to attend. Please message me so we can work out the details. 

Yoga therapy is trauma informed and is accessible for all levels.
Yoga therapy is for every body!
Modifications are encouraged
Come as you are

Classes are in person or online (Zoom) and each class is recorded and emailed out after the class. So you will never miss a session and can practice throughout the series on your own.
