When the world feels too loud or "unmasking" feels out of reach, we need a physical anchor to pull us back to shore. Join Luminous Trinity Therapeutics for an intimate, 3-hour specialist workshop where we transform Tarot boxes into a personalized Pocket Sanctuaries.

Meet Your Guide:
Led by Sheena Tiicham Muir, a Certified Therapeutic Arts and Somatic/IFS Practitioner and M.A. Candidate in Counselling Psychology, this workshop is part of the"Art as Therapy” Series.

"I am an Artisan and M.A. Candidate in Counselling Psychology dedicated to creating 'soul-deep' sanctuaries for the neurodivergent community. My work bridges the gap between the science of the nervous system and the wisdom of the spirit. I specialize in helping individuals 'unmask' through tactile, sensory-rich creativity. Having lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic adult, I design every workshop to be a low-sensory safe harbour where your unique operating system is honoured, not fixed.”

Before we create, you will be led in a grounded technique to settle your nervous system and prepare your "Inner Maker.”

The Somatic Outcome
CREATE: A hand-decorated, "Sanctuary Box” 
LEARN: A professional 5-4-3-2-1 grounding practice to manage overwhelm and "High Tide" anxiety.
RECEIVE: A printed Somatic Instruction Card to live inside your box, guiding you through your 5 senses when you need it most.

Investment: $85 per person (Includes all artisan materials, Drinks & Refreshments, & a 3-hour facilitated therapeutic session).

Intimacy: Limited to 6 participants for a low-pressure, high-connection environment.
