Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid provides awareness around mental health and mental illness and teaches a support scaffold to guide supportive conversations. The course provides practical scenarios for general support and highlights the actions needed in a mental health crisis.
This is a 2 Day course ( 6-hours each day) and will be facilitated face-to-face in Newcastle NSW.
