Join Jessica and Laurie to explore how creative expression and sensory engagement contribute to our mental and emotional well-being. In the business of the holiday season, this is a great opportunity to practice grounding through a meditative and therapeutic art process. Create your own needle-felted mandala in community and enjoy the benefits of creative, sensory, and social self-care.

Space is limited to 12 people. Children 8+ are welcome to participate. Free for members. $15 for drop-in.
