Experience the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of laughter in a group. Laughter circles help connect us with our inner children, re-discover joy, spontaneity, and creativity. Join the fun through a series of breathing exercises, movements, and simulated laughter to ignite the real thing.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
