This half day retreat will be held on the beautiful grounds of Bethlehem Centre on Westwood Lake in Nanaimo, B.C.  Together we will meet and settle into our circle and ourselves.  

Together we will meet and go into silence together for the morning.  I will lead you through self-compassion meditations and practices that can help you to reconnect with your breath, your body and your innate self-compassion.


All adults are welcome.  No experience necessary.

Please bring a journal/notebook for reflection, a yoga mat and a light throw.
