Creative Journaling: Making Space For What Matters

This course is perfect for anyone curious about creative journaling, whether you’re a total beginner or looking to deepen an existing practice.

If you love mixed media, writing, or visual storytelling — or simply need a restorative, creative outlet — you’re welcome here.
Please bring a sketchbook or journal of your choice (new or already used) - all other supplies will be provided.
