This immersive session weaves together Katonah Yoga’s structural, imaginative practice with the therapeutic depth of community acupuncture. We begin with guided Katonah Yoga postures, breath work, and imagery to organize the body, open space, and prepare the system for deeper restoration.

You’ll then settle into a grounding acupuncture treatment focused on relaxation, regulation, and energetic coherence. The sequence is designed to work both physically and energetically—steadying the nervous system, enhancing circulation, and supporting clarity of mind.

This session can be billed through extended health insurance under acupuncture, making it both accessible and supportive for your ongoing care.
