Simply Present for Insight

Join us for this silent retreat to cultivate the calm, warm, and steady attention of natural mindfulness. We learn to patiently let go of inner clutter and deeply rest from old habits of agitation and exhaustion. The retreat will focus on learning to soothe inner restlessness, and guide the stream of our being into presence and peacefulness.

From this relaxed intimacy with our bodies, minds, and emotions we can deeply see the nature of how things truly are, “yathābhūta”. From being settled and collected we orient mindfulness to allow insights into ourselves often out of reach in daily life. These insights align us to flow more peacefully in the stream of our ever changing lives.

The retreat will be held in noble silence from the first evening until the last day, including a requirement to turn off and put away all electronic devices. We welcome all people from widely diverse communities and backgrounds, and our center support those with ability access requirements. This retreat is open to all meditators.
