Born in 1997, ChiaChun Xu is a sound artist, organizer and independent label manager. Xu has been practising the use of No-input Mixing Board and developed a distinctive style in this technique. Xu is now a solo performer/creator who is dedicated to conducting workshops and cultivating the experimental music scene in Taiwan. He is also the director of ‘Karma Detonation Tapes’, promoting Taiwanese and worldwide noise and experimental music. In March 2019, he launched a monthly outdoor guerrilla noise gig ‘Outer Pulsation’ in public under/overpasses in Taipei.

Virginia Torres is a Spanish independent artist, dancer, performer, and somatic researcher. Trained in Flamenco and Classical Spanish Dance, her practice later evolved toward Butoh, improvisation, and Contact Improvisation, shaping a cross-disciplinary and experimental approach rooted in an ongoing search for authenticity in movement.

She has created and performed several solo works, including Amatista and Buenos Aires (2021), Chinamasta and Autumn Roses (2023). Autumn Roses toured internationally in 2024, with performances in Thailand and France. As a performer, she collaborated with Mamu DanceTheatre under the direction of Butoh master Tadashi Endo in Germany (2022), and in 2024 joined BoB (Beauty of Butoh), directed by Marlene Jobstl.

Her most recent creation, Borboleta do Céu e da Terra, was developed during a residency with Shinehouse Theatre in Taipei, Taiwan, premiering in December 2024 and later presented in Madrid in 2025 under the direction of Matilde J. Ciria.
