The City of Nampa invites the community to the 2025 Christmas Tree Lighting celebration on Saturday, November 29, which is also Shop Small Saturday. Downtown Nampa is a great place to start your holiday shopping!
🛷 Free carriage rides in front of Nampa Train Depot (Sign-ups begin at 11:30 am):
• Guests with special needs: 12-1 pm
• General Admission: 1-4 pm
🤶🏻 Story Time with Mrs. Claus at the Nampa Public Library from 1-1:30 pm
🎶 Entertainment starts at 5 pm (NNU Jazz Quartet | Nampa Boys and Girls Club Choir)
🎄Christmas Tree Lighting at 6 pm
🎅🏻 FREE photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus in historic 1903 Nampa Train Depot following the tree lighting.
🚗 FREE parking all day in the Downtown Parking Garage (located next to the Nampa Public Library), thanks to the Nampa Development Corporation.
❄️ The Nampa Farmer's Market will hold the Winter Wonderland Market from 11 am to 7:30 pm in Lloyd Square.
The Salvation Army will be hosting “The Battle of the Bells” to raise money for the local charity. The Salvation Army volunteers will also be distributing free hot chocolate thanks to our sponsors, and angel tree tags will be on the tree for the community to take and support a child or family in need.
The community is also encouraged to support the downtown restaurants following the tree lighting.
