Before diving into your own creation, we’ll take a moment to reflect on the meaning and intention behind Mandalas, and how they’ve been used as a meditative practice throughout history.
You’ll then be guided through the process of designing and creating your own Mandala artwork — focusing on pattern, colour, and repetition as a form of relaxation and self-expression. Whether you’re working with paint, pen, or mixed media, you’ll leave with a meaningful piece that reflects your own inner landscape.
