- **Event Description**: Ragia Falls and Sasumwa Dams are picturesque features of Sasumwa River, a major tributary of Chania River. In addition to providing 12% of Nairobi's water, the dam is as beautiful and it is functional. Ragia Falls, located 10km further uphill from the dam is an instagrammable beauty. The journey to the dam takes a 9km gentle climb through rows of a planted cypress forest and a natural forest at the penultimate end. The final kilometre is a sharp descent into the waterfall valley.
On a clear day, the peaks of Mother Kinangop and Elephant hill in the horizon provide a perfect backdrop to a classic nature's cinema.
