I am a Registered Nurse with a passion for holistic therapies and have completed a Diploma in Reflexology. My treatments are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and balance through gentle pressure techniques applied to the feet.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the idea that different areas of the feet correspond to organs and systems within the body. Treatment aims to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing encouraging your bodies natural healing process.

Reflexology is generally a safe treatment for most people. However, it is advised to avoid treatment during the first 3 months of pregnancy. If you are currently receiving medical treatment or have any health concerns, please check with your doctor before booking.
