Prenatal Yoga Class

Prenatal Yoga is a time to connect mind and body to baby and breath. Led by Certified Prenatal and Vinyasa yoga teacher Anna Oprea, this free offering is a safe space for all pregnant women, at any gestational age, and no prior yoga practice is needed! Mats and props will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own. If you are experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, it is recommended to get prior approval from your prenatal provider to attend this class.
