Yumi Hara's Groove Study: ユミ・ハラのソロアルバム 「Groove Study」、「Statement Heels」からの曲を中心に、 秋山あゆ子作の絵本 「みつばちみつひめ」 （ブロンズ新社）作中の 「みつばちのうた」 につけた曲（もちろん６拍子）や 同作に因んだ新曲を初演。元ヘンリー・カウのドラマーでありRIOの創始者、レコメンデッドの総帥クリス・カトラーと近年はMS Decoderでも大注目の須藤俊明がユミ・ハラ作品の複雑なリズムを完璧に支える！


Yumi Hara's Groove Study are Yumi Hara, London-based Japanese pianist/vocalist, and Chris Cutler, ex-Henry Cow drummer and CEO of ReR Megacorp, founder of Rock in Opposition, and Toshiaki Sudoh, one of the most sought-after progressive rock bassist who has been playing with Eiko Ishibashi, Jim O'Rourke, Melt-Banana, and Natsuki Kido.
They will be playing mainly materials from Yumi's solo albums 'Groove Study' and 'Statement Heels', plus first performance of new project 'Mitsubachi Mitsuhime Suite' (Honeycomb Princess) based on a picture book by Ayuko Akiyama (Bronze Shin Sha).
