QUALIFICATIONS
50 Km:
To qualify for the 50 Km category, a participant:
- Must have completed a 42 Km or higher distance road or trail run between January 2025 and March 2026.
- Must be 18 years or older on race day.
- Must be physically fit and in good health supported by a medical certificate with a clearly stated “fit to run” not later than six (6) months before the event.
25 Km and 10 Km:
To qualify for the 25 Km and 10 Km categories, a participant:
- Open for all.
- Must be 18 years or older on race day (a parent's consent is required if below 18 years old)
- Must be physically fit and in good health.

** A special 5 runners plus 1 free kit will be offered for those who register as a group during the Super Early and Early Bird Registration period regardless of distance category (The free kit should be 10 km but can be upgraded to higher category with an additional fee).
** A special 10 runners plus 1 free kit will be offered for those who register as a group during the Regular Registration period regardless of distance category (The free kit should be 10 km but can be upgraded to higher category with an additional fee).
