Samen, maar in verbondenheid met jezelf en je eigen drum, je bent ook welkom als je de klanken van de sjamanendrum wilt ervaren daarnaast zijn Djembe, Didgeridoo, ratels etc zeer welkom ✨.

Drum therapie is een oude benadering die gebruik maakt van het ritme om genezing en zelfexpressie te promoten. Van de sjamanen van Mongolië naar de Minianka genezers van West-Afrika, hebben duizenden jaren, therapeutische ritme technieken gebruikt voor het maken en onderhouden van fysieke, mentale en spirituele gezondheid.
