Yoga, Breath & Sound Journey

Experience Gentle Yoga, Sacred Sounds, Energy Healing and Relaxing Breath technique to regroup and rebalance body and mind. Take this time for yourself, away from the busyness to help your body let go and relax, and your soul be nourished.
You will be guided through a Yoga Practice with gentle movement and asanas designed to help release stored emotion, tension, trauma and unhelpful energies.
This will be combined with breathing techniques and meditation practices to help gently cleanse and detox the body and mind.
Throughout the experience, you will be bathed in healing sounds, live music, mantras and energy healing, creating an environment that is soothing, tranquil, and transformative.
Please bring a yoga mat and expect to use studio props, including blankets and bolsters.
