• A participant may register for only one event among the 64 districts.
• This event is open for Amateur runners only. Professional runners are not allowed to participate.
• The event is open only to Bangladeshi resident runners.
• Registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
• This is a live event only. Runners who register for the live event are not allowed to participate virtually.
• The name provided during registration will be used on the certificate. No name changes will be accepted after registration.
• BIB sharing or using someone else’s BIB is strictly prohibited.
• Medals and certificates will only be awarded to runners who complete the race within the official cutoff times.
• In case of adverse weather or unavoidable circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or any details.
• If you have any medical issues, you are strongly discouraged from participating. Organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, health problems, or unfortunate incidents during the race.
• For queries or complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or the official contact number.

• If any runner takes a shortcut, ignores directional signs, or obstructs other participants during the race, immediate disqualification will occur.
• Running without your registered BIB or using someone else’s BIB will result in cancellation of your participation.
• If someone else runs using your registration or BIB, it will be considered fraud, and the registration will be invalid.
• Failing to report on time or complete the race within the official cutoff time will disqualify the runner from receiving a medal or certificate.
• Any form of rude, abusive, violent, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification from the event.

If you disagree with any of the above terms or conditions, we respectfully advise you not to register for the event.

নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী:
একজন অংশগ্রহণকারী ৬৪ জেলার মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র একটি ইভেন্টে নিবন্ধন করতে পারবেন।
এই ইভেন্টটি শুধুমাত্র শৌখিন (Amateur) রানারদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত। পেশাদার রানারদের অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ নেই।
ইভেন্টটি শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশে বসবাসকারী রানারদের জন্য।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি অফেরতযোগ্য। পেমেন্ট করার পর কোনো অবস্থাতেই টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
এটি শুধুমাত্র সরাসরি (Live) ইভেন্ট। যারা লাইভ ইভেন্টের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করবেন তারা ভার্চুয়ালি অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না।
রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় প্রদান করা নামটি সার্টিফিকেটে ব্যবহার করা হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশনের পর নাম পরিবর্তন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
বিব (BIB) শেয়ার করা বা অন্য কারো বিব ব্যবহার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
মেডেল এবং সার্টিফিকেট শুধুমাত্র সেই রানারদের দেওয়া হবে যারা অফিসিয়াল কাট-অফ টাইমের মধ্যে দৌড় শেষ করবেন।
প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে আয়োজক কর্তৃপক্ষ ইভেন্টের তারিখ, স্থান বা যেকোনো বিস্তারিত পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
আপনার যদি কোনো শারীরিক সমস্যা থাকে, তবে আপনাকে অংশগ্রহণ না করার জন্য জোরালো পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। দৌড় চলাকালীন কোনো দুর্ঘটনা, স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যা বা অপ্রীতিকর ঘটনার জন্য আয়োজকরা দায়ী থাকবেন না।
যেকোনো জিজ্ঞাসা বা অভিযোগের জন্য দয়া করে আমাদের সাথে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, মেসেঞ্জার বা অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করুন।

অযোগ্যতা (Disqualification) সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম:
যদি কোনো রানার শর্টকাট রাস্তা ব্যবহার করেন, নির্দেশনামূলক চিহ্ন অমান্য করেন বা দৌড়ের সময় অন্য অংশগ্রহণকারীদের বাধাগ্রস্ত করেন, তবে তাকে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে অযোগ্য ঘোষণা করা হবে।
রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা বিব (BIB) ছাড়া দৌড়ানো বা অন্য কারো বিব ব্যবহার করলে অংশগ্রহণ বাতিল করা হবে।
যদি অন্য কেউ আপনার রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা বিব ব্যবহার করে দৌড়ায়, তবে সেটি প্রতারণা হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশনটি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
যথাযথ সময়ে রিপোর্ট করতে ব্যর্থ হলে বা কাট-অফ টাইমের মধ্যে দৌড় শেষ করতে না পারলে ওই রানার মেডেল বা সার্টিফিকেটের জন্য অযোগ্য হবেন।
যেকোনো ধরনের অশালীন, আপত্তিকর, সহিংস বা বিশৃঙ্খলামূলক আচরণ করলে ইভেন্ট থেকে তাৎক্ষণিক বহিষ্কার করা হবে।
