- **Event Description**: The book sale, scheduled Friday evening and Saturday morning on Oct. 16th and Oct. 17th, will be held in the Myerstown Borough Building (or the old elementary school), 101 S. Railroad St., Myerstown. 

On Friday night, a $5.00 entry fee will be charged. This allows attendees the first chance to survey all the books before most of the public attends on Saturday morning. Hours for the sale are Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm and Saturday morning from 8 am to noon, rain or shine. For the final hour on Saturday, from 11am to noon, fill a bag of books (bags are provided) for only $5.00, while supplies last.

All proceeds from the sale will benefit the library. Thank you for your support and see you at the sale!

If you would like to volunteer to help with the book sale, please contact the library at 717-866-2800. Each volunteer will receive a voucher for $5.00 at the book sale for use on Friday or Saturday.
