Yoga: November Sunday Series

Find your Sunday calm with our November Yoga series!

Join us every Sunday in November at 2 p.m. for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class with our amazing teacher, Gabby.

This beginner-friendly class is perfect for all levels, focusing on gentle movements, stretching, and relaxation to help you unwind and recharge for the week ahead.

Every month we offer a special Sunday monthly class, as well as normal recurring classes throughout the week.
