58th Annual Muskogee Azalea Festival 2025

The Muskogee Azalea Festival is an annual celebration held every April at Honor Heights Park in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Renowned for its breathtaking display of azaleas and tulips, the festival attracts visitors from across the nation. This year is its 58th Annual editon.

• Garden Tours: Throughout April, visitors can explore the meticulously maintained gardens. The Papilion Gardens are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Admission is free during this month.
• Azalea Parade: Scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 am, this vibrant parade will proceed through downtown Muskogee, featuring floats, performers, and community groups.
• Azalea 5K & Fun Run: On Saturday, April 12, 2025, fitness enthusiasts can participate in a 5K run or a more relaxed fun run. The event starts at 8:00 AM CDT.
• Flower Power Bicycle Ride: Cyclists can enjoy a scenic ride on Saturday, April 26, 2025. This event offers routes of varying lengths to accommodate different skill levels.

• The Papilion in Honor Heights Park: This butterfly house and teaching garden provides an interactive experience with native butterflies and plants. When the butterflies arrive around Mother's Day, the gardens are open during the festival for visitors to enjoy.
• Chili & BBQ Cook-Off: Food enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of chili and barbecue offerings showcasing local culinary talents.
• Garden Market: Held at The Papilion, this market offers a selection of plants, garden accessories, and crafts, allowing visitors to take a piece of the festival home.
