Meet your guides:
Hannah guides yoga along the West Michigan Lakeshore and is on the weekly schedule at Rootdown. Weaving yogic philosophy into all her classes, Hannah teaches that the physical practice is just the beginning.
Hannah's classes include ample opportunity to feel, experiment and expand. Yin happens to be one of Hannah's personal favorites to practice and it's always a joy to share the practice.
Justin Avdek is a multi-instrumentalist and producer. His influences and music moods span across the board, always twisting and turning. Playing alongside various yoga guides for the past four years, Justin's ability to improvise establishes true presence through the are of the practice.
Both Hannah and Justin are dedicated to keeping each practice unique letting the energy of the room guide the night.
It's always a awe inspiring experience when live music and yoga meet.
