Restorative Yoga with Gentle Touch with Helen Dobb & Julia Haines. Saturday, February 28, 6:00pm-7:30pm.
This deeply nourishing Restorative class invites you to slow down, rest, and reset your nervous system. Supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks allow the body to fully relax while breath awareness and guided stillness encourage mental ease.
With clear consent, Helen and Julia may offer hands-on gentle touch—such as light grounding pressure, supportive holds, or subtle adjustments—to help release tension, deepen relaxation, and foster a sense of safety and connection. Touch is always optional, respectful, and tailored to each student’s comfort level.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional grounding, or recovery from physical or mental fatigue. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
Benefits may include:
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Reduced stress and muscle tension
• Improved sleep and overall well-being
• A sense of calm, support, and restoration
