Round 2 will likely include the following topics using activities created by Dr Raquel Martin. Masking Mental Health - Releasing the pressure to always appear strong, Power Overdraw - emotional exhaustion, Getting to the root of inattention, Thinking traps, Coping skills and self monitoring,  Boundaries. 

Group will begin with a short meditation and end with grounding. 

We will plan to meet weekly for 6 weeks. We would prefer that if you join the group, that you plan to attend each week so that conversations are cohesive. For those continuing, I look forward to continuing our conversations. For those interested in joining, I look forward to your presence!
