Voting on Board of Director elections
Discussing and voting on proposed bylaw updates (attached for your review)
Sharing updates about the organization
Providing an opportunity to ask questions directly to the Board of Directors

If you are unable to attend the meeting, early voting has been arranged on the following dates:
Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Lakeshore Sports Centre - South Rink Lobby
Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Lakeshore Sports Centre - South Rink Lobby
Voting Limits
In reference to Article II - Sections 3 and 4 of the LYHO Bylaws:
Regular Member: Parent or legal guardian listed on player registration (not to exceed a maximum of 2 per player)
One vote per ballot item: Each regular member is entitled to one vote per ballot item
Families with multiple children: Families with multiple children in the organization will only be allowed one vote per regular member on each ballot item

President
Secretary
Registrar
Fundraising Coordinator
