As winter loosens its grip and the earth begins to soften, we invite you into a nourishing afternoon of movement, breath, and deep restoration.

Emergence: A Spring Thaw Retreat is a half-day self-care immersion designed to help you slowly awaken from winter’s inward pull — without forcing, rushing, or overdoing.

Through Qigong, Yin Yoga with Thai-inspired assisted adjustments, breathwork, and energy work, we’ll support the nervous system, restore circulation, and invite ease back into the body.

The afternoon will conclude with cold pressed juice, time to rest, integrate, and simply receive.
